Learning Center

The Learning Center is a collaborative resource for educators and students interested in earth science education and exploration. Using 3-D modeling technology, on-line databases, modular visualization software and Java-based dynamic Web pages, the CEV Learning Center provides real-time visualizations of physical and ecological phenomena, interactive 4-D worlds as well as collaborative learning tools for educators, students, and the public.

The Learning Center's array of sophisticated, on-line delivery systems is designed to facilitate responsible natural resource management and foster an increased awareness of how human activity affects the natural environment.
