The Global Foundation for Ocean Exploration seeks to develop and advance a National Ocean Exploration Program with global reach and relevance by providing current and future generations with the training, opportunity and motivation to explore, understand, interpret and protect the world’s oceans.
The CEV rapidly designed, devloped and deployed the TGFOE application in the Fall of 2014. It was built with Grails and Postgres on the backend and Foundation on the front end.
